Our semi-private lessons ensure an intimate and customized learning experience for up to two students - perfect for siblings or best friends! This arrangement facilitates focused attention on each student while allowing an element of collaboration and shared experiences that can be greatly beneficial. Whether you're an aspiring musician or vocalist, or an enthusiastic music producer, our qualified instructors are dedicated to guiding you and your lesson partner on a path to reaching your aspirations. 

Semi-private lessons allow you and your lesson partner to progress at a comfortable pace, providing sufficient time to grasp new concepts and techniques. This format is also advantageous for students preparing for auditions, exams, or working on specific musical pieces or theatre performances. Our instructors are committed to ensuring that you are continually challenged, supported, and engaged. 

A prominent feature of our program is the Level Up! method. This comprehensive approach, also a core part of our semi-private lessons, keeps students enthusiastic and goal-oriented. Reflecting the National Standards for Music Education, the Level Up! method is designed to nurture and captivate students throughout their artistic journey. Our innovative "Wristband Roadmap" employs color-coded wristbands to allow students and parents to easily monitor progress. As students meet objectives and LEVEL UP!, they earn sequentially advanced colored Pickering Academy wristbands to showcase their achievements. 

In addition, we offer cloud access to recorded musical tracks, which students can utilize at home between lessons. This feature ensures continuous learning and offers an excellent opportunity for practice, bolstering both confidence and skills.
